RETURN POLICY
We are confident you will love your selections. If for any reason you wish to send it back a refund will be given within 15 days of your order providing we recieve the products in their original packaging and undamaged. Return the products to the address listed below via UPS or USPS (please keep your reciept should you need to track your package).

• We now ship internationally, please be aware that any duties, taxes or brokerage fees even if not shown at the time of your order will be the responsibility of the customer. If any other charges are applied to your order you will be contacted before we ship to be sure you want to pay them. I apologize for any inconvienience this may cause but in order to make our products availabe to you internationally we must make you aware of these possibilities. We are not responsible for any delay at border patrol or customs.
• All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of being placed on our web site unless otherwise noted on product page via UPS, USPS .
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our hands.
• We are not responsible for orders placed and not recieved due to the internet being down. If you are charged for an order we did not recieve or could not process due to internet problems then a refund will be given once our internet services come back up. Always be sure to give us a call at 1-318-542-8400 during normal office hours of 8 A.M.~5 P.M. Mon.~Fri. Especially if you do not recieve an email of your order soon after you've placed it. We will do all we can to be sure these issues do not come up but there are occasions that are out of our hands. • We are not responsible for orders impacted by extreme weather conditions. Be sure to insure your package for full value and the shipping service you chose will take care of it from there.
