RETURN POLICY
We are confident you will love your selections from Green Gables General Store. If for any reason you wish to send items back a refund will be given within 15 days of your order providing we recieve the products in the original packaging unopened and undamaged. Return the products to the address listed below via UPS or USPS (please keep your reciept should you need to track your package).

International Sales • We now ship internationally. Please be aware that any duties, taxes or brokerage fees even if not shown at the time of your order will be the responsibility of the customer. If any other charges are applied to your order you will be contacted before we ship to be sure you want to pay them. I apologize for any inconvienience this may cause but in order to make our products availabe to you internationally we must make you aware of these possibilities. We are not responsible for any delay at border patrol or customs
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
ALL RINGS ~THERE WILL BE A 35% RE-STOCK FEE DUE TO THEM BEING CUSTOM MADE PER YOUR ORDER. YOUR REFUND WILL NOT INCLUDE RUSH ORDER FEES OR SHIPPING FEES.
THERE WILL BE A 35% RE-STOCK FEE ON ALL PINATAS & PEW BOWS DUE TO THESE ITEMS BEING HANDMADE PER YOUR ORDER. RUSH ORDER FEES & SHIPPING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP WITH THE SHIPPING METHOD CHOOSEN PROVIDED THEY ARE IN STOCK! IF THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK THEY WILL SHIP TO YOU IN THAT TIME LIMIT WHEN THEY BECOME AVAILABLE!!
If you choose 2-3 day priority or overnight Please call to be sure your item is in stock if you must have it by a certain date. Although we try to keep a notice posted on any item that is backordered sometimes we don't get to all of them, especially during the holidays
Customer will be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.. • 6-10 Day Priority International will reach you in 6-10 days Excluding Sundays & Holidays (Specialty items may take longer) • Parcel Post (standard delivery) will take 7-14 business days to reach you exlcuding Sundays & Holidays (Specialty items may take longer)
• 2-3 Day Priority will reach you in 2-3 business days excluding Sundays & Holidays. (Speciatly items may take longer)
• Overnight Shipping is overnight IN MOST AREAS & can include Sundays & Holidays. (Extra Charge May Apply)
• Due to the increased volume of sales we have been receiving all orders received are generally shipped out by the next business day VIA USPS provided the items are in stock. If you are choosing 2-3 day or overnite & need your order by a certain date PLEASE CALL US TO BE SURE YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK!!

If you are charged for an order you do not recieve or could not be processed due to internet problems then a refund will be given once our internet services come back up.
